Ingredients :

200 g whole duck foie gras
1 loaf of country-style bread
1 jar of fig jam
A pinch of fleur de sel
100 g walnuts

Step 1 : Crack the walnuts, slice the bread and the foie gras. Toast the slices of bread.

Step 2 : Using a knife, cut thin slices of foie gras

Step 3 : Layer the bread with the fig jam and a slice of foie gras and finish with a pinch of fleur de sel and a few crushed walnuts
